Real Property and Infrastructure Planning (RPIP) services provide a systematic approach to developing an infrastructure renewal plan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the real project assets and coordinate requested reporting
- Conduct condition assessment surveys on facilities
- Lead deferred maintenance prioritization process to include project categories of deferred maintenance, repair needs, and modernization
- Manage the DOE Facilities Information Management System (FIMS) and the Active Facility Data Collection System (AFDCS)
- Manage the land parcel lease process including updating the land parcel maps, facilitating the contractual language for amendments, and gaining DOE and UC approvals
