OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Implement efficient and effective processes while delivering high quality services to improve operational performance. Allocate, monitor, manage, assure, improve, and optimize service delivery. Anticipate risks and prioritize actions to mitigate/eliminate potential negative outcomes.
